For 30 years, the Taste of the Town has been organized and put on entirely by dedicated group of St. Andrew Catholic School parents. Every year the students, parents, grandparents, parishioners, and other local community members come together to make this event possible. Thanks to the popularity and success of the event, Taste of the Town could never do it without the support and hours from the 500+ volunteers it takes to staff the event.

Volunteers staff various positions the day of the event. Shifts begin early in the day for setup and run past the event for break down following the conclusion of the event. Volunteers sell food and admission tickets, give out wristbands, serve beverages, and more.
